Mashup doesn't seem to be working properly. Thought it was my computer so I went to the Apple store. They said "seems like Mashup isn't working properly." I'm running Mac OSX 10.5.8 and everything else appears to be working fine, like Traktor, Ableton, Mixed In Key..... What's the deal? Had I known I would've bought Platinum and just done my mashups in Ableton. Help a sista out!

Hi, Thanks for writing, I am happy to help. Can you please send us (contact@mixedinkey.com) your crash log? To locate the crash log, please press command shift g to open a go to folder Finder window. Type in ~/Library and then look for Logs/CrashReporter/Mixed In Key Mashup.crash.log If there is no recent crash log, please go into the Applications/Utilities folder and launch the Console app immediately after seeing the problem in Mashup. Please then click on File/Save a Copy as... to save the log in Console, and send it to us. We will know more about your problem once we have these files. Best, Chad P

Thanks, for responding. I tried to open Mashup today (6/24/12) and it crashed so I closed it. Then I looked up my report on your forum and realized you had responded, when I reopened Mashup at first it said Application not responding, then it ran fine. Is this common? If so maybe I don't have any concerns. But I went ahead and emailed you my crash log.

Thanks

Hey guys, I was using Mashup once it started working. I dropped in 1 track and played it, dropped in another track and played them together. Then I realized I could only hear the first track so I soloed the 2nd track and was only able to hear the first track that wasn't soloed. Then I stopped playback and the first song continued to play. I then deleted both tracks and the 1st track still continued to play. I then checked to make sure that no other playback source were going (such as iTunes). It eventually quit playing. After a few minutes I dropped another track into Mashup (completely different track) and it continued playing the 1st track that mysteriously had continued playing, eventually I got it stopped...again. I don't think this is suppose to happen, I'm actually certain this isn't suppose to happen. Since I've had a number of issues with Mashup and it's the only software I'm having issues with I'm starting to wonder what the refund policy is?
