Getting the standard windows program crash screen when I go to import and analyse my music. On windows 7 64-bit.

Can you please send us (contact@mixedinkey.com) your error log? From the Analyze panel in Mixed In Key, hold down ctrl alt shift and click on the Personalize Tab. You will now see a Support tab in the options. Click on it, and there will be a link to take you directly to the folder containing the error log. Send the file to contact@mixedinkey.com and we will have a better idea of what could be causing the problem.
