Still waiting for support. I would like a refund because I prefer to stick with feelyoursound sundog. They actually respond to emails and stuff too. You do state that you have a thirty day money back policy.

Sorry for the delayed response. When you emailed us, it was around 8-9PM at our local time. That's why we only responded the next day first thing in the morning, but we always reply to all emails within 24 hours on weekdays :)
