Am I using Captain Deep wrongly, because the basses don't seem to walk or have any variation.

For example, if my 1st chord is Dm, and I am playing "follow the chords" then it just gives me D - D - D - D, i.e it simply repeats the root note over and over again. But basses sometimes incorporate a "climbing note", or grace note before the next chord begins.

i.e. if my chord progression is D-F-G
then my bass would be D-D-D- E F-F-F-F etc....

Am I missing something here, - it must be in Deep somewhere? And if it isn't then the basslines it produces will be the dullest basslines imaginable.

Good point. They should add this feature.

I've noticed that too, Deep plugin is kinda not working as good as the Chords and Melody.

We will release it for both Mac and Windows simultaneously :) same with Captain Melody. We’re going to skip Captain Melody 1 for Windows and go straight to version 2.
