impossible d'avoir la mise à jour pour windows 7

File too long error on almost every file

I had repeated crash issues with the last version, installed the new version last night - and it's still just pin-wheel of doom until I force-quit. I don't get it! I'm just trying to import a folder at a time from my dj drive to this platform for analysis, to then export to Traktor 3 when it arrives... I can't get past my first playlist. I load the second (374 songs) and it freezes up. What gives? I'm on a MacBook pro running 10.13.6 and since purchase I've not been able to get this program to work. My install is under 5 months old and my machine was refurb'd by Apple two months ago (as it's nearly three years old) so my software and hardware are solid for everything else I do!
