Hi I purchased mixed in key august 4th for my mac book pro. After getting it installed it worked for about two days and then this problem started where it would not open and goes to "not responding" every single time before I could even get my music ran through it. I troubleshooted, reinstalled, did everything and eventually gave up. Just got an email two days ago about 8.5 and deiceded to give it another go. Same issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled. looked for corrupted files and they are no where to be found. I even updated my computer to the newest software and still same issue every single time. If I could get some help with this, it would be greatly appreciated as I paid for a product and have gotten zero use out of it.
