Just like the title says, anyway to create custom scales chords & melody in Captain and Odesi

Do you mean, if you are able to edit the midi notes and make it your own chords and melodies inside Captain and Odesi?

If so, you are able to do it in Odesi and this feature will be available soon on Captain Plugins as well. (you can already do this in Melody 2.0 Beta for Windows).

No what I mean is adding Custom / Private scales. An example would be

Double Harmonic Major, with an interval of H m3 H W H m3 H

This would be really useful for me too, say to be able to define the Ukrainian Dorian mode chords for Klezmer-type progressions

We don't have this feature available, but I will make sure it gets added to our Wishlist :)
