Hello,

I have been running MixedInKey 852325_0 since its release without any problem. Today it all of a sudden doesn't launch anymore. I can click the program icon, visually nothing happens, and mixedinkey 8 32 bits show up in the taskmanagere at 0% cpu use. Nothing happens ever. I've tried to reboot, repair, uninstall and reinstall and launch with wifi turned of (so no internet). No results.

I have recently updated to the windows 10 May 2019 upgrade, I can't recall if I have used mixed in key after the upgrade.

Let's try something:

1. Go to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Mixed In Key\Mixed In Key
2. Rename the "8.0" folder to "8.0-backup"
3. Go to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\
4. Rename the "MixedInKeyLLC" folder to "MixedInKeyLLC-backup"
5. Open Mixed In Key
